Board of Trustees
The business of the HBOS Foundation is managed by the Trustees who, in accordance
with Company Law, have certain common law fiduciary duties and duties of skill
and care. Day to day management is delegated to a dedicated HBOS Foundation
team led by Angela Tinker and reporting to Shane O'Riordain.

from HBOS. They are drawn from across the UK and have a knowledge of the issues
facing local communities. They also have a diversity of skills and experience
and have some familiarity with the Financial Services industry and the need
to address financial literacy. The role of a Trustee is voluntary and unpaid.
Trustees are appointed for a period of 3 years, this includes the Chairman who
